Ah, the early years. Not many entrants, so in some cases the Neumie went to the only album I bought that year!

I never bought tapes of albums until about '85.  Mostly I taped songs from the radio.  The first of these tapes was completed in 1986 and continued until Dec 2004 (105 in all!). Medley tapes predated these, from '78 to '88. Medleys are the title portions of songs smushed together. This period also saw the popularity of self-made mix tapes which I did from about '85 to 2000.
